Client Connectivity Options

Clients can access Eze EMS via the following connectivity options:

Americas Client Connectivity Options

For Eze EMS or FIX (Order Routing, Staged Orders, and Drop Copies) Connectivity:

Recommended
For optimal resiliency, functionality, security, supportability and client experience, it is best to use a Radianz or TNS or IPC infrastructure simultaneously connect to our New York and Chicago Data Centers.

Other Alternatives

  • Radianz or TNS or IPC to the Eze EMS Chicago or New York Data Center
  • Internet to the Chicago and New York Data Centers (Eze EMS)
  • VPN to the Chicago and New York Data Centers (FIX only)
  • Direct connection in to the Chicago Data Center (client is responsible for failover to New York)
  • Direct connection in to the New York Data Center (client is responsible for failover to Chicago)

EMEA & APAC Client Connectivity Options

For Eze EMS or FIX (Order Routing, Staged Orders, and Drop Copies) Connectivity

For optimal resiliency, functionality, security, supportability and client experience it is best to use Radianz or TNS or IPC to simultaneous connectivity to our London and Chicago or New York Data Centers utilizing a Radianz or TNS or IPC infrastructure.

  • Radianz to the London Data Center
  • Radianz or TNS or IPC to the Chicago Data Center (as a redundant connection to the London Data Center)
  • Radianz or TNS or IPC to the New York Data Center (as a redundant connection to the London Data Center) )
  • VPN to the Chicago and New York Data Center (FIX only)

Bandwidth Guidelines

  • 256K of bandwidth for each Eze EMS user
  • 64K of bandwidth per FIX connection

Note - Bandwidth guidelines vary based on market data rates, activity spikes and services the client is using.  Each client should work with the Eze EMS Networking team to evaluate their personal situation.  Due to increased market activity and general use of Eze EMS, these requirements may change without prior notice
