Required Professional Subscriber Agreements

Please read the following agreements carefully. Then fill out, print, sign and email or fax a copy of each to Eze Castle Software, Global Client & Technology Service, Trading Integrations using the Return Instructions below.

#4 REQUIRED FOR ANY NON U.S. DATA SELECTIONS	IDC Subscriber Agreement between Subscriber and ICE Data Connectivity & Feeds, Inc.

Exchange Agreements

If you would like to receive any of the data listed below, please click on the appropriate agreement(s). Please read the agreement(s) carefully. Then fill out, print, sign and email, fax or mail a copy of each to Eze Castle Software. Please see below for return instructions.

#5	New York Stock Exchange	If you wish to subscribe to NYSE data, please email ems.ti@ezesoft.com with the name of your firm and your request to be permissioned for NYSE data. Upon receipt of the request, Customers will be able to electronically sign the NYSE Professional Subscriber Agreement and have it sent back to the NYSE automatically. If a Third Party Addendum is needed, the customer will be able to electronically sign the addendum and once executed the document will be automatically routed to the Third Party Payor for signature. Once the Third Party Payor electronically signs the addendum it will be automatically routed back to NYSE.
