If you are a current EMS subscriber and you would like to add NYSE, Canadian (TSX), or OTC Markets data to your existing EMS subscription, please print the applicable contracts for the exchange(s) you wish to add. If you are not a current EMS subscriber, please click here to subscribe to the EMS.
After reading the contract, please fill out, sign, and return to Eze Castle Software using the Return Instructions below. Be sure to include your existing RealTick login and domain name in your email or on your coversheet. For a current list of RealTick Data® choices, click here.
If you would like to receive any of the market data listed below, please follow the instructions below and click on the appropriate agreement(s). Please read the agreement(s) carefully. Then fill out, print, sign and email or fax a copy of each to Eze Castle Software using the Return Instructions below.

If you wish to subscribe to NYSE market data, please email ems.ti@ezesoft.com with the name of your firm and your request to be permissioned for NYSE market data. You will receive an email with the electronic form of the Agreement for Receipt of Consolidated Network A Data and NYSE Market Data. You will be able to electronically sign the agreement and it will be automatically routed to NYSE for processing.
For payment of NYSE market data fees by a third party, please request this in your email to ems.ti@ezesoft.com. You will receive an email with the electronic form of the Addendum to Agreement for Receipt of Consolidated Network A Data and NYSE Market Data: Payment by Third Party which is required for payment by a third payor. You will be able to electronically sign the Addendum and it will be automatically routed to the Payor for electronic signature and then to NYSE for processing. |
