Market data fees listed are determined by the exchanges and other information providers. Market data fees and DIF are subject to change at any time without notice. In no event will Eze Software Group or its affiliates be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the provision of or your use of the Market Data Calculator. Access to market data via the RealTick® EMS requires the approval of Eze Software Group following the submission of executed end user agreements.

Exchange fees for other exchanges will be collected from Customer or its billing party, as applicable, by RealTick for payment to those exchanges. Source Fees may vary according to local exchange rates. Not all RealTick® EMS features may be available depending on the exchanges’ and other third party data providers’ rules and regulations. Fees listed are monthly fees per terminal enabled for the applicable Market Data Product. Market data fees and DIF are subject to change at any time without notice. For “Direct Billed” exchanges the market data fees need to be determined by contacting those Exchanges.
